A: No. The lasers used in laser tag guns are low-powered, they will cause no more harm than shining a torch at someone. The laser tag vest will vibrate slightly to register a hit, but no more strongly than a mobile phone.
A: No food or drink can be taken into the play area. Cake and a soft drink are provided with our party package. There are also several restaurants and cafes nearby that offer food & drink.
A: Yes! We have a viewing platform that looks over the arena.
A: Our facilities include a briefing room, kit rooms for each team, a waiting area with lockers, a selection of arcade games, party room, a retro games room and unisex toilets.
A: There is very little you will need to bring, other than yourselves. The one thing we do ask is that, if pre-booked, you remember to bring your booking confirmation either on your phone or printed out to show to staff.
A: The minimum group size to play is 2 people, but of course it will be a more fun experience the more people you play with! We are able to take bookings for a single person, but cannot guarantee that there will be other players at that time.
A: Yes. We accept both walk-in and pre-booked players and groups. Pre-booked groups receive discounted entry when paying in advance.

A: To guarantee places, we ask that groups book and pay a minimum of 24 hours in advance of their session. However, the further in advance you book, the more likely you will obtain your preferred session.

A: Players must be 6 years old to play laser tag (very small 6 year olds may have difficulty wearing our laser tag equipment, so if unsure please contact us). Younger players should be accompanied by an adult to the site but will be supervised during their time with us, leaving mum or dad free to explore the rest of the East End or perhaps enjoy a tea or coffee at the nearby café.
ON THE DAY
A: You should arrive about 15 minutes before your session so you can be booked in and have time to put any belongings into our lockers.
A: Yes. Bringing additional players is fine, however they will have to pay the walk-in price, and we cannot guarantee that we will have available space without prior warning.
A: Yes. You will have at least one marshal with you the entire time. Our marshals are highly trained with many years of experience to make sure you have a fair and safe game. You will see them either out on the field or in the control booth if you have any issues during your game.
A: You may do. Unless you have booked an exclusive hour, sessions will be made up of a mix of pre-booked and walk-in players, depending on who wishes to play at that time. There may also be a mixture of ages playing.
A: Individual sessions run for 30 minutes, including a safety briefing and demonstration of the equipment before you play. Our special birthday or exclusive packages run for an hour, including safety briefing and game time.
A: You will play one game per individual session booked. For the exclusive hour session, Cosmic and Galactic party package you will play three to four games.
A: Yes. After each game your score will be uploaded into the computer and a scorecard generated. Your marshal will read out the scores and hand out printed scorecards for you that show who shot who, how many times you shot, your accuracy and overall ranking in your team.
A: We recommend loose clothing and trainers, as it can get a little warm during play. You will be wearing a laser tag vest over the top of any clothing. For those who like to be stealthy, dark clothes are recommended, to avoid showing up under our UV lighting!
A: Yes. There are coin retention lockers available on-site. They are £1 per use.
